These terms govern every dedicated server, storage server and hosting account supplied by CoreNetHub. Ordering a service means accepting them.
These Terms of Service apply to all dedicated servers, storage servers, GPU servers and shared hosting accounts supplied by CoreNetHub ("we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
We may change these terms; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email to the address on the account.
Stock configurations are delivered within 4 hours of a cleared payment. Custom builds and high-capacity storage chassis may take up to 72 hours. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees.
Each server is supplied with full root or administrator access and IPMI or KVM-over-IP access. You are responsible for everything you install on it.
You may not use our services to send unsolicited bulk email, to host content that is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the datacenter, to attack or scan third-party networks, to mine cryptocurrency on shared hosting plans, or to distribute malware.
We investigate every abuse report. Where a violation is clear and ongoing we may suspend the service immediately; otherwise we contact you first and give you a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Services are billed in advance for the chosen term. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Where you have enabled auto-renewal, the saved card is charged when the renewal invoice is raised.
An unpaid invoice is marked overdue after 7 days, the service is suspended 5 days later, and it is released 14 days after suspension. You are notified by email at each stage.
You may cancel at any time from the client area, either at the end of the paid term or immediately. There is no minimum contract and no cancellation fee.
Cancelling at the end of the term means you keep the service you have paid for and it stops renewing. Cancelling immediately forfeits the remainder of the paid term. Setup fees are never refundable.
New dedicated servers carry a 72-hour money-back window where the hardware does not perform as specified.
We target 99.99% network availability, measured monthly at the edge of our network and excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours in advance. Credits for missed targets are requested through a support ticket within 30 days of the incident.
You are responsible for your own backups unless you have purchased a managed plan or backup storage. We do not keep copies of customer data on unmanaged servers, and data on a terminated server is not recoverable.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the contracting CoreNetHub entity is established. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
