Managed Dedicated Server Hosting
Add expert server management to any bare metal server — 24/7 proactive monitoring, OS patching, security hardening, and a 15-minute response SLA. Your team keeps building. We keep your servers running. From €79/mo add-on.
Most "managed" hosting means a control panel and a ticket queue. CoreNetHub Managed means a Linux-certified engineer is actively responsible for your server’s health — proactively. We monitor at 1-minute intervals across 40+ metrics, automatically remediate common issues before they become incidents, and guarantee a 15-minute response window for anything that requires human intervention. Available on every bare metal configuration in all 6 locations, added at checkout or any time after deployment.
Choose a management tier and add it to any bare metal server at checkout. All tiers include 24/7 monitoring and 15-min response SLA. Cancel or upgrade any time.

What We Guarantee
Every managed plan comes with contractual SLAs. Not best-effort. Not "we'll try." Guaranteed response times, uptime commitments, and clearly defined remediation procedures.
15-Minute Response SLA
Any critical alert — server unreachable, disk full, CPU saturation, memory exhaustion, service failure — receives a response from a Linux engineer within 15 minutes, guaranteed. P1 incidents are acknowledged in 5 minutes. SLA credits apply if we miss the window.
P1: 5 min · P2: 15 min
99.9% Uptime SLA
We guarantee 99.9% server availability (excluding planned maintenance windows). That’s no more than 8.7 hours downtime per year. Outages exceeding the SLA threshold trigger automatic credit to your account. Monthly uptime reports available on request.
8.7h max downtime/year
Backup & Recovery SLA
Daily encrypted backups with 7-day retention on Standard, 14-day on Pro, and custom schedules on Enterprise. Backup integrity is verified daily. Restore requests are fulfilled within 4 hours. Backups are stored off-server on isolated storage infrastructure.
4h restore SLA
Security Patch SLA
Critical CVEs (CVSS 9.0+) are patched within 24 hours of release. High severity (CVSS 7.0–8.9) within 72 hours. Routine OS patches are applied weekly during low-traffic windows with zero-downtime kernel updates where possible. Patch reports provided monthly.
Critical CVEs: 24h
Who Chooses Managed
When Does Managed Make Sense?
Managed hosting isn’t for everyone. Here are the three scenarios where it consistently delivers the highest ROI.
Small Teams Without DevOps
Standard €79/moNo sysadmin neededAll locations
Startups and small product teams often have backend developers but no dedicated DevOps or sysadmin. Running a bare metal server without server management expertise means security patches get delayed, monitoring alerts go unanswered at 3am, and recovery from incidents takes hours instead of minutes. Managed Standard at €79/mo covers the routine operations — patching, monitoring, backups — so your developers can focus on product, not infrastructure.
Web agencies running multiple client sites on a single dedicated server need cPanel or Plesk for client access isolation, reliable backups before every deployment, and someone to call when a client site goes down at midnight. Managed Pro at €149/mo includes the control panel license, 14-day backup retention, and the 15-minute response SLA that your clients expect from a professional agency. White-label reporting available on Enterprise.
Healthcare, fintech, and legal companies running servers under SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, or ISO 27001 need documented evidence of security patching, backup execution, and incident response — not just for internal governance, but for audits. Managed Enterprise provides monthly compliance reports, patch audit logs, and a dedicated account manager who can respond to auditor queries directly. Available on all locations including our SOC 2-certified US facilities.
Managed hosting can be added to any existing CoreNetHub bare metal server at any time — not just at initial order. When you add management to a live server, our engineers perform an initial security audit and hardening pass, set up monitoring agents, and configure the backup system within 24 hours. The 15-minute response SLA activates immediately. Upgrading or downgrading between tiers can be done at any time with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.
We monitor 40+ metrics at 1-minute intervals: CPU utilization, memory pressure, disk I/O, disk usage per partition, network throughput, TCP connection states, system load, swap usage, process counts, and individual service health (nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, PHP-FPM, etc). Many issues — disk filling up, a runaway process, a service that’s stopped responding — are automatically remediated before they cause downtime. For issues that require human judgment, an engineer is paged immediately. You receive an incident report after resolution.
Standard and Pro cover OS-level management: kernel, system packages, security patches, firewall, SSH hardening, and system-level services (web server, database, PHP). Application-level work — deploying your code, managing application configs, database schema changes — remains your responsibility on Standard and Pro. Enterprise includes application-adjacent support: we can assist with web server configuration, database tuning, performance optimisation, and SSL certificate management as part of the dedicated account manager engagement.
Yes. Managed hosting is available on every bare metal configuration across all 6 locations: Frankfurt, Strasbourg, New York, Miami, and Singapore. It works with any OS we support: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server. The management platform uses agentless monitoring via SSH for Linux and WMI for Windows, so there’s no software footprint on your server beyond the monitoring agent.
If we miss a response SLA window, you receive automatic account credit equal to one month’s management fee for that incident. This is applied automatically — you don’t need to file a claim. We maintain internal escalation procedures: all P1 alerts page two engineers simultaneously, and any incident lasting over 30 minutes escalates to a senior engineer and duty manager. Our average P1 resolution time is under 22 minutes.
Yes. Managed hosting does not restrict your access. You retain full root / administrator access and can make any changes you wish. Our management access is via a separate read-privileged monitoring account and a sudo-enabled engineer account that’s only used during active incidents or scheduled maintenance. You can review and audit all management activity in the incident and change log, accessible from your client portal at any time.
